Gosh, we've changed so much since last summer... especially Chris.

Even as we calmly sail into our 30's there are still so many changes taking place. Year by year we grow a little bit older, a little fatter, our skin a little less elastic.
Mike and I (pictured in the back) used to have such great beach bodies! I remember when we could fit into our matching spandex booty shorts with room to spare. What happened?! Mike was always pointing at stuff. Me, I'd just stand proudly, hands on my hips, waiting for the next chick to cruise over and ask for my number.
But Chris... I just don't know what to say. Brooke and he were just newly weds. She could hold him in her arms, just like he liked. But man... he put on some lbs in that first year of marriage! People talk about gaining weight when you get married, but he gained height and girth as well. So bizarre.
I just hope this next year that time slows down a little and gives Chris a chance to catch up with all the changes he's been through... we've all been through.
